Performed Under Physician Supervision
can include but not limited to:

Restore specific loss of function, range of motion and strength through therapeutic exercise. Utilization of adaptive equipment and aids in rehabilitation.
Assist patient with developing activities and facilitate maximum self care and return to previous level of function.
Assist patient with speech/language disorder, which may have been impaired following illness or accident.
Assist patient and their families cope with personal and emotional impact of illness or disability. Will also help to locate financial resources and community assistance such as home meal delivery or support groups.
Assist the patient with personal care and hygiene, ambulation and exercises under professional supervision.
Assist patient in understanding, accepting and following special diets as prescribed by the Physician.
Medical equipment can be arranged as specified in your plan of care.

- Prevent costly and inappropriate admissions to hospitals
- Reduce admissions to in-patient facilities
- Make possible earlier discharge from the hospital or rehab facility
- If your insurance does not cover home health services, Aces Home Health Services Inc. will be happy to formulate a mutually acceptable payment program to meet your needs
